Quick recap of this weekend -- A friend and I went to the Farmer's Market in Troy on Saturday.

Along with the usual Farmer's Market produce haul, I picked up a jar of Saratoga Peanut Butter. Featured in "O"  and Rachel Ray’s Magazine, as well as in Business Week and The Wall Street Journal, I knew it had to be good!

Committed to Camo and Country

Big weekend over here-- I left my suburban, prep comfort zone entirely! After dinner on Friday night, we planted ourselves on the couch, and the Sailor flipped channels while I caught up on blogs. His surfing ultimately led to watching a couple of hours (...hours, not episodes) of Duck Dynasty, for which I had already declared my disdain. But the truth of the matter is that, for once, the blogs couldn't keep my attention! That Robertson family is funny, and I mean FUNNY.

So friends, we've hit the beginning of February. Well, we're almost a week into February to be exact...

Sorry. Not so uplifting, but it's accurate for the Northeast. I don't know about you, but I am ready for some of this cold, gray weather to disappear and bring in some of this pretty stuff:

We spring ahead in about a month, and the days thankfully will become longer and brighter. In the meantime, we have to things other than sunshine and ocean breezes to find joy. Today's sparkle comes courtesy of Lily Marek, the style maven behind Lily Says Go. 

Adorable right?! If anyone is allowed to complain about the cold weather, it's Wisconsin-based Lily! She's recently replaced her darling wardrobe pics with photos of Life's Little Luxuries including jewels from poshlocket.
